in the Iraqi parliament for Sinjar, Mahma Khalil, confirmed that there was deliberate failure to disburse compensation amounts to those affected by Sinjar district .
He stated that more than 50 thousand compensation transactions for Hali Sinjar were completed, but were not disbursed under the pretext of the lack of financial allocations , as he put it.
Mahma Khalil indicated that representatives of the judiciary will move towards internationalizing the Sinjar issue and the file of the displaced therein if the federal authorities insist on forcibly returning the displaced to Sinjar without meeting the requirements for return.
