Today, June 10, marks the tenth anniversary of the Nakba of Mosul and its fall at the hands of the terrorist organization ISIS.
On this date, the most powerful terrorist organization in history took control of Mosul and then took control of the Nineveh regions and other Iraqi governorates, thus beginning a painful era in the history of Mosul.
Throughout the period of its control over the city, the terrorist organization killed thousands of people in Mosul and destroyed its infrastructure, and traces of destruction still remain in Mosul ten years later as a result of the terrorist organization’s control and the military operations that took place to liberate the city.
