The governor of Nineveh announced that health sector projects would increase the number of hospital beds to more than 6 thousand beds
This came during Al-Dakhil’s inspection of a number of projects implemented in the health sector and his meeting with the Director of Nineveh Health, Dilshad Shankali Agency .
A statement from the governor’s office said that Al -Dakhil inspected the total number of hospital beds, and stated that the number of beds for hospitals under implementation is 2,477 beds, while the number of beds for listed hospitals is 570 beds .
While the number of beds in hospitals not listed reached 1,275 beds, while the number of beds in hospitals that currently provide services is 2,873 beds.
