The Ministry of Planning announced the conclusion of (5) contracts to implement five service projects in Nineveh and Diyala governorates.

A statement from the ministry stated that, “During the month of June, the Social Fund for Development signed a package of new contracts for a number of service projects, as part of its plan for the current year 2024 in the Nineveh and Diyala governorates.”

He added, “The service projects for Diyala Governorate included the establishment of a school with a capacity of (6) classes in the village of Marjana, along with the establishment of a health center in the village of Al-Rahmaleh.”

He continued, “The contracts also included a project to rehabilitate the electricity network in the villages of (Al-Hashimiya Al-Saghira, Albu Khalil, Al-Mahboubiyah, Abu Khamis and Al-Hamayel Al-Oula).” The statement indicated that “Nineveh Governorate projects included the construction of roads in the villages of (Khorsibat, Topzawah, Sherikhan Al-Sufla, Omar Qabji, Al-Safina, Bajwania Aliya, Ajhla, Al-Qabusiya, Zairwan, Hamdan, Shebil Qasim, and Al-Hilal).” —-
