Nineveh Governor Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil announced the readiness of Rabia General Hospital to receive patients in the consultation department and provide medical services to citizens. Al-Dakhil indicated that all aspects of the Rabia General Hospital project have been completed and that the consulting department is ready to receive patients coming from the people of the district, districts and villages close to it to provide them with medical and therapeutic services. The Governor of Nineveh stated during his visit to Rabia district that the hospital was equipped with the latest medical equipment from reliable international sources, confirming that the other departments in it would soon be opened in the coming days. Rabia General Hospital, with a capacity of 100 beds, is part of Nineveh Governorate’s plan to improve the health situation in the governorate, which suffered from the destruction of its health infrastructure during ISIS’s control of Mosul.
