The Nineveh Governorate Office announced that the project to organize the entrance to the city of Mosul and establish the customs square has reached advanced stages.
The governorate office explained that the project has reached an implementation rate of 90%, and that the next two weeks will witness the opening of the project for the first customs area . This project will be the gateway for goods to enter Nineveh Governorate and Iraq from the northern side, as this entrance will be designated for the entry of trucks transporting imported goods into the country, without passing through other international roads such as the Mosul-Erbil road
