Nineveh Police revealed the details of the heinous murder of two girls, by their parents, with the help of their older brother, while confirming the arrest of the perpetrators.
The police stated, in a statement, that a working team was formed to investigate the murder of the two sister girls, the first 7 years old and the second 3 years old, and confirmed that the working team was able to uncover the crime that occurred in the Al-Zahraa residential complex in the Bartella district within 24 hours of starting the investigation, according to the police statement.
Nineveh Police confirmed that they had identified the perpetrators who committed this heinous crime, and it was found that the perpetrators were the father and mother, with the help of the son.
According to the police statement, the statements of the killers were recorded as a preliminary and judicial confession, and their confessions stated that the reason for their committing the crime was a family problem due to the father and mother’s addiction to drinking wine and alcoholic beverages.
