The Governor of Nineveh announced the existence of a workable plan to deliver services to the areas of western Mosul Nineveh Governor Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil said during his speech at the Hatra International Festival in the presence of the President of the Republic, “Holding the Hatra Festival is a lesson presented by Nineveh that it possesses promising men capable of developing the governorate and its archaeological sites.” He added, “We have prepared a workable plan of action, which is to pay attention to the areas of western Nineveh, and we have committees that have taken it upon themselves to create real stability for the return of the displaced.” Al-Dakhil continued, saying, “The burden of providing services in these areas falls on the local government.”
