The Iraqi General Authority for Meteorology and Seismic Monitoring announced, yesterday evening , Tuesday, the recording of an earthquake measuring 4 degrees on the Richter scale in Nineveh Governorate .
According to a report by the Authority, the earthquake occurred in the northwest of Makhmur district, and was felt by citizens living in that area.
