Nineveh Provincial Council member Hisham Al-Hashemi revealed that information had been received indicating that there were cases of financial and moral blackmail in the Nineveh Education Directorate to transfer male and female teachers from one place to another .
Al-Hashemi said in a statement to Mosul Time Radio that many female teachers refuse to reveal these pests due to fear of scandal or tribal problems.
Members of the Nineveh Provincial Council had diagnosed, during the past weeks, many problems facing the Nineveh Education Directorate, including favoritism in the transfer of educational cadres between schools and the vacancy of dozens of schools while other schools were overcrowded with teachers and instructors.
