The Iraqi General Cement Company announced its total cement production achieved last year 2024, achieving a development rate of (7%) compared to its production for the year 2023 .
The company’s general manager, Aqil Abdul Ali Radam, said in a statement that the company’s factories distributed in the southern, northern and central governorates achieved a total production for the year 2024 of (10,214,815) tons .
He explained that the increase and development achieved came as a result of the success of the company’s plans to improve productivity and enhance work efficiency to keep pace with the increasing demand for cement products in the local market .
