Al-Dakhil said in a press conference, “We congratulate all the winners of the job grades within the three-year budget, whose number is 16 thousand, and we still have a thousand grades for Sinjar district and the displaced, and they will be completed during the month of February .”
He pointed out that ” an electronic program was established and installed in cooperation with the University of Mosul, and the process was carried out with a very high degree of transparency and no breach was recorded, as the process was carried out without any interference from any political party .”
The Nineveh Governor stated that “the largest number of positions, approximately 9,000, was allocated within the education sector, and the remaining positions were distributed to fill the gaps, especially since we have phenomena such as migration, displaced persons, survivors, both male and female, as well as compensation departments, real estate registration departments, state real estate, and other federal departments that suffer from a shortage of staff .”
