The head of the security committee in the Nineveh Provincial Council, Mohammed Al-Kakai, confirmed that the inclusion of all members of the Ministry of Interior in Nineveh Province in the distribution of lands is dependent on the expansion of the city of Mosul and the ownership of agricultural lands.
Al-Kakai said that the number of ministry employees in the province is approximately 40 thousand employees, and it is not possible to distribute lands with this number, and the reason is due to the lack of expansion of the city; therefore, we suggested expanding the city and giving ownership of agricultural lands to the sons of the Ministry of Interior, as a loyalty from the provincial council, as they are considered an important part in establishing security in the province.
