Yesterday, Tuesday, the activities of the final conference of the public participation project for the draft (Nineveh Vision 2030) were launched in the city of Mosul under the slogan (Our vision: Man first) .
The conference activities were organized by the International Center for Social Services in coordination with the Planning and Development Council , while the project is implemented in partnership with Oxfam in Iraq, with funding from the German Federal Ministry and with support from the German Agency for International Cooperation .
was attended by the administrative and technical deputy governors, the governor’s advisors and assistants, a number of members of the House of Representatives and the governorate, department directors, and academic, community, and religious figures .
During the conference, Nineveh Governor Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil stated that one of the requirements for embodying this vision is the unification of political and administrative decision-making in the governorate
He stated that the local government of Nineveh and the provincial council have a great responsibility to achieve stability , provide the best services to citizens, and improve infrastructure at all levels .
