The Nineveh Municipalities Directorate, represented by the Municipality of Sinjar District, and under the guidance of the Prime Minister and the Governor of Nineveh, began distributing more than 600 title deeds for homes and lands of residential complexes in Sinjar District.
Director of Nineveh Municipalities, Raad Al-Hadidi, said that this measure comes after a pause that lasted for about 5 decades, indicating that ownership includes 11 residential complexes in the Sinjar district for the Yazidi component . Al-Hadidi indicated that the complexes in which ownership is taking place belong to the regions of Al-Qahtaniyah, Kairouan, and Al-Shamal, pointing out that this The measure comes as part of the Iraqi government’s efforts to restore the rights of the Yazidi component .
