Minister of Labor Ahmed Al-Asadi announced On the opening of applications on the full-time employee’s salary platform, and while he pointed to the launch of 35,000 cards for people with special needs, he called for investing in loans amounting to 40 million dinars .
Al-Asadi said during a press conference held in Najaf Governorate, “We launched our first visits to the governorates from Najaf last year, and that was the beginning of the achievements, ” indicating, “We are looking for the most important needs of the governorate and its people, especially what relates to our ministry, and we have seen complete cooperation from the governor to serve the people of Najaf .”
Al-Asadi added: “Today we announce the opening of applications on the full-time employee’s salary platform through an electronic link via the Ur platform. We also announce today the resumption of the issuance of exchange cards (MasterCard) for those entitled to receive medical decisions.” Pointing out that “the issuance process will start with the most difficult issue, with the deficit percentage being (100%) downward and according to the entitlement of each governorate .”
He called on “citizens to review according to the publication of the names on the official page of the Ministry and the Commission for the Rights of People with Disabilities .”
He continued, “The link (Empowerment and Jobs Platform) has been opened for people with disabilities and special needs through vocational training and granting licenses to institutes concerned with empowering this category (socially, economically, medically, educationally, and professionally), in addition to providing free grants for people with disabilities from families.” Below the poverty line ,” pointing to “the release of the accumulated funds for beneficiaries of cases in which (the person appointed and not deceased) were not changed for the governorates (Basra, Diwaniyah, Baghdad, Salah al-Din, and Nineveh) with a total amount amounting to more than 18 billion and 640 million dinars .”
Al-Asadi called on “disabled people who are able to work to review the employment offices that were opened in the disability departments in Baghdad and the governorates for the purpose of registering their names, and the ministry is responsible for finding job opportunities for them in the private sector and granting them soft loans .”
