The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Naeem Al-Aboudi, issued two ministerial orders appointing 998 of the top holders of doctoral degrees.
The Ministry stated in a statement, “The Minister of Education issued two ministerial orders appointing nine hundred and ninety-eight of the top graduates and holders of doctoral degrees to the staff of the Center of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.”
The Ministry called on those whose names were published on the website to visit the counseling centers in universities to complete the appointment procedures.
Meanwhile, the head of the Parliamentary Education Committee, Muzahim Al-Khayyat, revealed new standards in selecting university leaders.
