Nineveh Governor Abdul Qadir al-Dakhil announced that the company executing the Mosul Airport project is continuing day and night, with two shifts , in order to complete the project at the specified times.
Al-Dakhil held a technical meeting with the implementing company in the presence of members of the provincial council, Layal Al-Bayati and Sabhan Al-Hadidi, and the reconstruction assistant, Abdul Wahab Sultan. The governor explained that the Nineveh administration worked to solve all the problems and obstacles facing the project with the support of the Prime Minister.
He pointed out that the airport project is divided into three sections, and we stress the necessity of accelerating the lighting of the runway, pointing out that the governorate has fully contracted with reputable companies to equip the airport with navigational equipment and the best facilities.
