Former Minister of Industry, Manhal Al-Khabbaz, called on the political blocs in the Nineveh Council to sit at the table for dialogue and negotiations in order to end the current boycott and obstruction of the Council’s work .
The former Minister of Nineveh, Manhal Al-Khabbaz, said that disrupting the Council’s work will lead to disrupting development plans and project implementation, and thus will negatively affect the services file .
He stated that the continuation of disagreements in the Council will lead to the disruption of the governor’s work in the next stage.
