The former head of the “Sovereignty” Alliance in Nineveh Governorate, Hassan Alo Al-Jubouri, announced yesterday , Saturday, his defection from the alliance and his joining the “Falcons” of the Nation Alliance, led by Mishaan Al-Jubouri .
Former MP Hassan Alou Al-Jubouri was the head of the “Sovereignty” Alliance led by Khamis Al-Khanjar in Nineveh Governorate before MP Latif Al-Warshaan took over the leadership of the alliance in the governorate .
MP Hassan Alou Al-Jubouri said that he is announcing his withdrawal from the “Sovereignty” coalition due to the coalition leadership’s marginalization of Nineveh Governorate and its center, Mosul, in terms of decisions and management of the political scene in the Sunni governorates and all of Iraq .
He added that the withdrawal was also caused by the concessions made by the “Sovereignty” coalition in Kirkuk province, which came at the expense of Nineveh province and the entitlement of the Sunni Arab majority there, according to his expression.
