The Nineveh Future Bloc in the Nineveh Provincial Council announced the start of dialogues and understandings with the United Nineveh and Kurdistan Democratic blocs to end the state of disagreement and political crisis that Nineveh has been experiencing for more than two months.
The head of the Nineveh Future Bloc in the Nineveh Council, Mohammed Haris, said that the dialogues between the Nineveh Future Bloc and the Nineveh United and Democratic Blocs have begun and are witnessing remarkable progress, stressing that the differences and political crisis in Nineveh are nearing an end.
Regarding the file of the heads of the administrative units that sparked the conflict in the Nineveh Council, Haris confirmed that it is impossible to cancel the provincial council’s decision in this regard or to retract it, but there will be some minor amendments that include only two or three positions for the heads of the administrative units.
