Nineveh Governor Abdul Qadir Al-Dakhil announced the launch of new projects to establish parks and green areas in the city of Mosul.
Al-Dakhil said that the Nineveh Governorate administration is determined to increase the green areas in the city of Mosul in line with its programs and plans to develop and rebuild the city. Al-Dakhil revealed that work has begun on establishing the People’s Park near Mosul Amusement Park, with an area of 30 dunums, in addition to establishing a park in the Tal al-Ruman area on the right side of Mosul and the Bab Shams Park on the right side, with an area of 80 dunums, in addition to soon starting work on planting trees on the fifth bridge.
