A source in the Coordination Framework revealed that Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani submitted the names of four ministers in his cabinet to replace them with others, stressing that the framework blocs were divided among themselves between supporters and opponents of change.
The source said that Al-Sudani informed the leadership of the framework of the need to change some ministers in the government in order for the ministerial program, which led to the formation of the current government, to succeed.
He added, “Al-Sudani informed the leadership of the framework in his last meeting of the necessity of changing four ministers and choosing replacements within a period not exceeding a week, and the change will be two ministers from the Coordination Framework blocs and two from the Sunni blocs, without indicating the names of the ministers.”
