The representative of Nineveh Governorate, Sherwan Al-Dobardani, confirmed that the political parties that have armed factions and militias cannot impose a new political reality in Nineveh Governorate through the method of imposing wills and twisting arms.
Al-Dobardani said in a statement to the Mosul Talk program broadcast by Mosul Time Radio that the new political forces that were established less than two or three years ago cannot impose a new reality in Nineveh through arm-twisting and imposing wills by possessing militias and armed factions, stressing that the Democratic Party rejects this policy and emphasizes the necessity of achieving political consensus because the political process in the country cannot proceed without consensus.
