Nineveh Provincial Council member Jassim Mohammed Al-Kakai revealed the next step after changing the heads of administrative units.
Al-Kakai said, “The next step after the administrative judiciary’s approval to change the district directors and heads of administrative units, is for the council to make a series of changes to the department directors.”
He added, “We have an assessment, and unfortunately it is a negative assessment, of most of the department managers in Nineveh, and it is not acceptable to manage positions by proxy, especially for the two most important institutions in the province, which are the Department of Investment and Health. The next step will be by consensus and will not target any party, but its goal is to reform the situation in Nineveh and will include a large number of departments and sections.”
