An official letter issued by Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil and addressed to the Nineveh Health Directorate and the Doctors Syndicate in the province included instructions to adhere to printing the medical prescription by doctors in clinics for citizens and to avoid incomprehensible medical prescriptions.
