Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil revealed the existence of legal and technical problems in the Ain Al-Iraq housing project in the city of Mosul.
Al Dakhil said during his visit to the project that the local government, along with the housing project management, began to solve the technical, legal and financial problems by harnessing the efforts of government departments to address and resolve these problems .
He explained that the priority at the present time is to address the problems and objections in the project for people who have purchased land in the complex and then continue work on the project until its completion, stressing that the project will contribute directly to solving the housing problem and reducing real estate prices in Mosul.
For his part, the Director of the Ain Al Iraq Project, Dildar Al-Zibari, stressed the importance of the governor’s visit to the project in order to address the objections and problems facing the progress of work from the technical and legal aspects .
Al-Zibari pointed out that the local government will begin to address the problems related to the lands purchased within the project urgently.
