Yesterday , Friday, Interior Minister Abdul Amir Al-Shammari launched the national card system at the Iraqi embassy in the Jordanian capital, Amman .
This came during an official ceremony held after the Minister’s arrival in Amman . Al-Shammari confirmed in a speech during the ceremony that the Ministry of Interior has launched a major campaign to improve the services it provides to Iraqi citizens .
He said: “Today, in our second homeland, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, we share with you the joy of the great achievement of opening a center for issuing national cards to our citizens in the Kingdom, easing the burden on their shoulders and not burdening them with the trouble of traveling to issue this important document for them and their families, which makes it easier for them to complete all the other transactions they need while they are in their places.”
