Nineveh Provincial Council member Mahmoud Al-Khalaf revealed About imminent changes in the administrations of government institutions in Nineveh, stressing that the file of appointing heads of administrative units will proceed in the near future .
The successor said “The problem of the heads of administrative units in the governorate will be resolved soon, because the decisions of the council session regarding the replacement and election of heads of administrative units are legal and will be implemented first and last .”
He added that “negotiations between the political blocs are still ongoing regarding the administrative units and passing the names that the council voted on .”
He pointed out that “these negotiations resolved more than 95% of the problems, and less than 5 % remain and will be resolved very soon .”
Al-Khalaf confirmed that “the council will soon move to change some department directors in the governorate,” noting that “the council is monitoring the work of those departments in order to change the directors who show negative indicators, in the next stage.”
