Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil announced the settlement of the lawsuit file regarding the “Nineveh Oberoi” International Hotel in the Iraqi judiciary .
Al-Dakhil said, “The Presidency of the Baghdad/Karkh Court of Appeal, the Court of Appeal in its original capacity, issued its ruling to uphold the initial ruling issued by the Commercial Claims Court in Karkh, which included rejecting the appeal regarding the Nineveh Oberoi Hotel .”
He added that “according to the final judicial decision, the contract previously concluded between the investing party of the Nineveh Hotel and the Ministry of Culture was terminated,” noting that “the hotel will be referred for announcement as an investment opportunity soon.”
