The Joint Operations Command announced yesterday , Friday, the implementation of an air strike targeting two ISIS gang members, within the Kirkuk Governorate operations sector .
The Security Media Cell said in a statement that “the Military Intelligence Directorate, in coordination and fruitful cooperation with the Targeting Cell in the Joint Operations Command, was able to monitor two elements of the ISIS terrorist gangs in the Zgheiton Valley within the Kirkuk Operations Sector .”
She pointed out that “based on this information, the Air Falcons carried out air strikes using F-16 aircraft , targeting these two terrorists .”
She stated that “our heroic security forces, which pursue terrorists everywhere, are determined to eradicate terrorism from every inch of our beloved homeland .”
The Security Media Cell attached a video clip of the operation carried out by F-16 aircraft , explaining the details of the operation.
