Nineveh Provincial Council member Abdullah Al-Nujaifi held the Taqaddam Party responsible for tipping the balance in favor of the forces of the coordination framework within the Nineveh Al-Mustaqbal bloc in the Provincial Council .
Al-Nujaifi said that the withdrawal of Vice President of the Council, Muhammad al-Jubouri, from the Nineveh Unified Bloc and his joining the Nineveh Al-Mustaqbal bloc did not affect the situation in the Council, but the departure of members of the Council to the Nineveh Al-Mustaqbal bloc tipped its balance at the expense of the majority that was represented by the Unified Nineveh Bloc .
While Al-Nujaifi accused the political forces led from outside Nineveh of giving up Nineveh’s rights and entitlements in any negotiations it enters for positions.
