Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil announced the start of implementation of the Ibn Sina Hospital project on the right side of Mosul, after a halt that lasted for months despite laying the foundation stone for the project.

Al-Dakhil attributed the reasons for the delay in work on the project to the failure to sign with a consulting company during the signing with the implementing company, stressing that the governorate administration overcame this problem and contracted with the consulting company, indicating that work on the project has begun to be the largest health project in Nineveh and Iraq with a capacity of 600 beds.

Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil confirmed that the governorate is proceeding according to its plan and program to increase the capacity of Nineveh hospitals to 6,000 beds by the end of 2026.
