Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil announced the installation of 8 scales to measure the loads of large vehicles at the entrances to the governorates and main cities in Nineveh.
Al-Dakhil confirmed that work is currently underway on many of these scales, indicating that the completion rate of the scale at the entrance to Mosul from the Dohuk side has reached more than ninety percent, while he pointed out that there is a delay in the work of the scales at the entrances to Baghdad and Erbil.
Al-Dakhil explained that installing the scales will have a great positive impact on the city of Mosul by ensuring that the streets are not negatively affected by the heavy loads of transport trucks.
