Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil announced the launch of a package of projects in Al-Ayadhiya district and areas west of Nineveh to support stability there.
Al-Dakhil said on the sidelines of his visit to the district that the local government will launch a series of projects in the areas of western Nineveh and the district of Al-Ayadhiya in the fields of water, electricity, roads, education and health, in order to ensure the return of residents who were previously displaced and did not return due to the large gap in the services file.
The representative of Nineveh, Muzahim Al-Khayat, praised the quick response of the Nineveh Governor and the launch of projects in the Al-Ayadhiya district, and pointed out that the local government’s move towards providing more projects in the areas of western Nineveh confirms that it is on the right path towards supporting stability and ending the problems facing those areas.
