Nineveh Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil confirmed that the appointments within the 17,000 contracts did not witness any imposition of exceptions from any party, and he explained that this is due to the decision of the provincial council, which stressed the necessity of adopting the collection of points electronically to ensure integrity and transparency, while Al-Dakhil stressed that the distribution of these grades was the most transparent in Nineveh and all of Iraq.

Governor Abdul Qader Al-Dakhil announced the launch of 17,000 new job positions in the province, stressing that the system adopted to sort the names of applicants is considered a unique model in Iraq.

Al-Dakhil explained that the electronic system, which was developed in cooperation with the University of Mosul, sorts the names with complete transparency, as the transparency rate reached 100%, without recording any cases of breach or transgression.
