The head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyadh, arrived yesterday , Wednesday, to the Nineveh Island sector, to review the security situation and military preparations .
A statement by the Popular Mobilization Authority stated: “The head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh al-Fayyadh, arrived at the Nineveh Island Operations Sector in the Popular Mobilization, to review the security situation and military preparations within the sectors of the 44th Brigade and the Hatra District, which are affiliated with the aforementioned command .”
The statement added that “upon his arrival, Al-Fayadh held a security meeting with the operations commander, Khadir Al-Matrouhi, and the commander of the 44th Brigade, Hamid Al-Yasiri, to discuss the security and intelligence brief and military fortifications in cooperation with the rest of the security forces within the areas of responsibility.”
