The head of the Popular Mobilization Authority, Faleh Al-Fayyadh, confirmed that the Popular Mobilization is rooted, essential and established in Nineveh, while he announced the development of plans and tactics on the borders with new mechanisms .
Al-Fayadh said during his visit to the city of Mosul: “The first paragraph in the program of our visit to Nineveh Governorate included a meeting with brigades, regiments, operations and axes commanders in Nineveh operations,” noting that “a detailed review was given of all the basic preparations that this sector is making in order to confront the challenges of special circumstances, and also in the field of developing the Popular Mobilization Forces on an ongoing and permanent basis .”
He added, “The presentation made clear that the governorate is fully prepared and ready, has all the capabilities, and is experiencing a state of stability, and the Popular Mobilization Forces are rooted, essential, and solid .”
Al-Fayadh explained that “there is full coordination with the security forces through the Joint Operations Command, and the plans and tactics that have been put in place on the borders with new mechanisms will be the subject of our review tomorrow and the coming days.”
