The Iraqi Prime Minister issued an order appointing Hamid Al-Shatri as head of the Intelligence Service and Omar Al-Waili as head of the Border Ports Authority .
A government source reported That Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani has appointed Hamid al-Shatri as head of the Iraqi Intelligence Service .
Al-Shatri previously held the position of head of the National Security Agency .
According to the source, Al-Sudani reassigned Omar Al-Waili to head the Border Ports Authority again, after a period of freezing him from the position.
