A local police source reported the arrest of one of the “most famous” wanted persons on charges of drug trafficking, use and promotion in the Karkh side of the capital, Baghdad .
The source said that a force from the Karkh Intelligence Directorate, in a well-planned ambush and in civilian clothes, arrested the “most famous” wanted person in the Karkh district, Al-Jaafar area .
He added that the wanted person, according to Article 28 of the Anti-Narcotics Law and nicknamed “Jaous”, was found in possession of an American “Kemper” pistol.
