Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Naeem Al-Aboudi announced the acceptance of 152,782 students in public universities through central admission channels for the academic year 2024/2025 .
He said during a press conference that the minimum limits for admission to the medical group were stable in general medicine at (99.14), dentistry (98.29), and pharmacy (98.4), while the minimum rates for admission to nursing were not less than (89.57), technical health colleges at (89.29), and the average minimum limits in engineering (84.41) and sciences (80.97).
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research directed the universities to begin the procedures for registering students and approving the data of the central admission results published on the official website of the Ministry ( www.mohesr.gov.iq ) and the Studies, Planning and Follow-up Portal ( www.dirasat-gate.org ).
