A number of residents of the Millions neighborhood in Upper Mosul organized a stand they called a stand of “reproach and protest” against the concerned authorities in the city, due to the great neglect suffered by the area, which is inhabited by nearly 5,000 families.

The protesters confirmed that the area suffers from a major problem in the main entrance to the First and Second Millions neighborhoods, in addition to the lack of paving the streets, paving the sidewalks, laying a water and sewage network, and renovating the entrance to the neighborhood, calling on the governor of Nineveh to intervene to address the neighborhood’s service problems.
