Citizens in Mosul complained about the high prices of generator subscriptions this month, which reached about 10,000 dinars per ampere.

Mosul residents called for imposing a price that takes into account those with limited income and the poor. They also stressed the need to reduce subscription fees, provide gas oil for generators, and tighten control over them.

Meanwhile, Nineveh Council member Marwan Al-Taie announced that Nineveh Council intends to host the Generators Committee to put an end to the problem of high monthly generator subscription prices.
