The index was based on 6 points representing health care in countries, which are the skill and efficiency of the medical staff, the speed of completing reports, modern equipment, confidence in the completion of reports, the friendliness and courtesy of employees, and the waiting period .
He added that “the skill and efficiency of the medical staff in Iraq is considered low, reaching 43.18%, while the speed of completing reports is also low, reaching 42.82%,” indicating that “the index of modern devices, diagnosis and treatment in Iraq was low, recording 43.02 %.”
He added, “The accuracy index in filling out reports was low, recording 40.8%, while the friendliness and courtesy index of employees was slightly low, recording 48.85%, and the satisfaction index from waiting was very low, recording 38.22%.”
