The Ministry of Migration and Displacement announced yesterday , Friday, the return of (111) displaced persons to Nineveh Governorate .
Minister Evan Faik Jabro said in a statement : “111 displaced persons who were residing in the Debaga camp in Erbil Governorate in the Kurdistan Region have returned to their original areas of residence in the districts and sub-districts of Nineveh Governorate,” indicating that “the return came in cooperation with the regional authorities and local governments in Nineveh .”
She directed that “returnees be included in financial grants and relief aid to support stability in the areas of return.”
