The Federal Integrity Commission announced About the arrest of an employee in the Nineveh Retirement Directorate; He was red-handed in receiving a red-handed bribe amounting to 6 million dinars in exchange for completing a retirement transaction, indicating that during the operation two other accused were arrested .
A statement by the authority stated, “A working team composed of the Nineveh Investigation Directorate was able to arrest an employee in the Retirement Directorate and two other defendants who were in contact and agreed with them to share the bribe amount in exchange for completing a retirement transaction .”
He pointed out, “The three defendants were arrested in possession of an amount of 6 million dinars that they received from the family of one of the martyrs in exchange for completing their retirement procedures .”
He pointed out that “a proper arrest report was prepared and presented with the defendants before the judge of the Nineveh Investigation Court, which is competent to look into integrity cases, who decided to arrest them in accordance with the provisions of Article 308 of the Penal Code.”
