An informed source at Baghdad International Airport reported, last night , Wednesday, the arrival of dozens of Lebanese wounded in Israeli raids to receive treatment in Iraqi hospitals .
The source said, “Between 50 and 70 wounded Lebanese arrived at Baghdad airport at 9 pm yesterday evening with their companions to receive treatment in the hospitals of the Al-Abbas’s Holy Shrine .”
He added that “the wounded were received by a committee affiliated with the Al-Abbas’s Holy Shrine and were transferred to the hospitals of the shrine,” stressing that “there is another batch of wounded whose time of departure from Lebanon and arrival in Iraq is unknown.”
