The Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, supervised On the launch of the police stations automation management program, in the presence of a number of advisors, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Police Affairs, and a number of leaders and officers .

The ministry said in a statement that “in order to keep pace with the development taking place in police work , Minister of Interior Abdul Amir Al-Shammari supervised the launch of the police stations automation management program, in the presence of a number of advisors, the Undersecretary of the Ministry for Police Affairs, and a number of leaders and officers .”

The statement added, “The first stop was the Baghdad Police Command in Rusafa, after completing this program within 9 months. The Minister also inaugurated a number of buildings in this command, including the Joint Operations Center, which was completed in record time and contains a video surveillance hall covering the entire Rusafa side, with a central control that contains communication devices for all the ministry’s joints .”

She noted that “Al-Shammari listened to a detailed briefing on the leadership’s work and the development of the mechanism for accomplishing tasks in order to provide the best services to citizens and enhance security and stability within the sector of responsibility.”
