Citizens of Mosul sent letters to the Prime Minister regarding the governorate’s administrative and service rights.
Citizens said in letters addressed to Al-Sudani that the first file presented to Al-Sudani is the file of lands whose owners are prevented from building on them by influential parties .
They pointed out that the other file is the electricity file and the problem of continuous power outages, in addition to the problems of delayed construction in some projects for which Al-Sudani had previously laid the foundation stone, including the Mosul Hotel and Ibn Sina Hospital.
