The National Security Agency announced a qualitative leap through the electronic regional security project, one year after its launch .
The agency said in a statement: “Based on the directives of the Prime Minister – Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces – and one year after the launch of the electronic regional security project by the National Security Agency, which aims to simplify procedures and accelerate the completion of mail related to citizens’ rights, this project has contributed to reducing the duration of procedures related to responding to ministries’ letters from several months to only 48 hours, through the use of modern technologies in collecting and analyzing information .”
He added, “It also resulted in the completion of many important files related to the safety of the security situation of citizens and facilitating the disbursement of their dues, including :
Martyrs Foundation
Investigation and Personal Status Courts
Security clearance offices in ministries and provincial councils
Integrity Commission
National Retirement Authority
He stated that “the total number of records completed for the targeted groups through this project during one year amounted to more than 120,000 records,” noting that “the project achieved outstanding success and was greatly appreciated by citizens, and was praised by His Excellency the Chairman of the Authority, who directed that the work team be honored for its outstanding performance and tangible efforts in providing the best services to citizens and simplifying procedures in a way that ensures efficiency and speed in completing transactions.”
